If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using DigiYo.

2. Eligibility

To use DigiYo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the digital age of consent required in your region.
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Users under the age of 18 may require parental consent depending on local laws. We reserve the right to deny or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all account information is accurate
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree not to share your password or create multiple fraudulent accounts. DigiYo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

4. User Content & Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload ("User Content"), including:

• Videos & sports highlights
• Photos
• Messages
• Profile information
• Challenge submissions

By posting content on DigiYo, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, or modify your content as needed to operate and improve the platform.

You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your content and that it does not violate intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

To keep DigiYo safe and respectful, users may not:

Illegal or Harmful Behavior

• Post, share, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Engage in grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code

Content Violations

• Share excessively violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
• Share nudity, pornography, or sexual content involving minors
• Promote illegal activities or unsafe sports behaviors

Misuse of Platform

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt DigiYo
• Sell or transfer accounts
• Use DigiYo for commercial purposes without authorization

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Child Safety

DigiYo maintains a zero-tolerance stance against CSAM and child exploitation.

We reserve the right to:

• Report suspicious behavior or content to NCMEC and local authorities
• Immediately terminate accounts involved in harmful activity
• Use automated tools and human review to detect policy violations

7. Messaging & Interactions

Direct messaging and comments must remain respectful. We may restrict messaging features for safety reasons, including:

• Limiting communication between minors and adults
• Blocking unwanted contact
• Auto-flagging harmful or suspicious interactions

8. Sports Challenges & Activity Safety

When participating in sports challenges:

• Use caution and follow safe athletic practices
• Do not attempt dangerous stunts or risky activities
• Understand that participation is voluntary and at your own risk

DigiYo is not responsible for injuries or harm resulting from unsafe behavior.

9. Content Moderation

DigiYo actively moderates content using:

• Automated detection tools
• Human reviewers
• User reporting systems

We may remove content or disable features to comply with safety, legal, or policy requirements.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect and how we use it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Post illegal or harmful content
• Endanger other users
• Attempt to bypass platform restrictions

You may also delete your account at any time.

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free operation
• Accuracy of user-generated content
• Availability of features at all times

You use DigiYo at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiYo is not liable for:

• User actions or interactions
• Injuries resulting from sports activities
• Lost data
• Third-party actions
• Unauthorized account access
